PCC & Governance

About the PCC
St Peter's Church is part of the Church of England and the Diocese of Coventry.
St Peter's Parochial Church Council (PCC) is made up of members of the local church community who work with the Rector to support the mission, ministry and day-to-day life of the church. Members of the PCC are nominated and stand for election annually at the APCM.
The PCC is responsible for the financial affairs of the parish and supporting the worship and mission of the church. The PCC meets regularly to oversee these matters. The PCC also oversees the stewardship of the historic church building on behalf of current and future generations.
Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM)
The APCM is held each year and provides an opportunity to review the life of the church, elect PCC members and churchwardens, and consider reports on parish activities and finances.

Transparency
St Peter's Church is committed to openness, good governance and responsible stewardship of the resources entrusted to us.
Like most Church of England parishes, St Peter's Church relies on donations, fundraising, grants and other voluntary support to sustain its ministry, maintain its historic buildings and serve the wider community.
